Nearly every special room in the game is specified with node injection, including vendors (other than main shop), jails, fireplace and elevator rooms. TheyвЂ™re so noticeable, that speedrunners eventually spotted the differences and created charts indicating how to find the boss as fast as possible. They tend to be connected to either chest rooms, the after-boss-room, and sometimes the shop however, the shop is the most obvious it'll have a small beginning of a corridor in the shop that leads to nowhere however, so its just a small dent. Prioritize the outer rooms of the chamber, and if any of the chest rooms are on the outer side, prioritize those first. The secret room cannot be in spaces too small for even a hallway, and secret rooms are usually connected with a normal room by a straight corridor without any doors (of course the door is replaced with the wall you have to blank). Finish the entire chamber (including the boss) and then take a good look at the map.
